Post Tattoo Artist in NJ area for quarter Sleeve?

Hey so, I'm not a tattoo artist, but I very much so admire tattoo artistry. I've been wanting a quarter sleeve for a while and what I want is a little odd for a tattoo. I'm a painter, and the first artist to ever inspire me was matthew Ritchie:

The artist I had in mind moved to Austin TX and I haven't really heard of anyone else doing a lot of custom work since. I normally go to Philadelphia Eddies on Arch for my tattoos and up until this point I've always liked more classic tattoos, but I really have been wanting this for a while. I've heard Sean Zee was good, anyone else heard of anyone doing a lot of good custom work in the NJ, Philadelphia, and NY area? Thanks!
