I'm new here so if this has been covered already I apologise but I was wondering if you can tat over tats without denegrating (if that is the right word) the original tat? For example, I have one arm sleeved in just black ink and what I want to do is cover those images in flame, but not lose the original context. So, can this be done, No.1, in color, or, no.2 with "black light" ink, (sorry, but the whiskey precludes me from remembering the technical term that drew me me to this site)...I think you get the drift, as I am getting to drunk to remember the question? So, can it be done?
