I like working in all different styles but I've really been into realism lately. My favorite subjects are horror (& other movie) characters. I plan to add more of these kinds of pieces soon. I opened a new tattoo & skate shop in January 08 called GrindHouse. I'm very happy to be pursuing two of my favorite things...I've been tattooing almost as long as I've been skating. There are a lot of kids around here into skating, including my own two, and it seems I'm sort of a role model for the youth now. That's a scary thought! Between tattooing and running the skate shop I'm pretty busy these days, but I try to update this profile somewhat regularly. My apprentice, Ryan, got this Vonnegut portrait for his first tattoo. Vonnegut was a brilliant writer, and the world is going to be much less amusing without him.

I asked Kurt why he wanted a skull pez dispenser. Turns out he actually collects pez dispensers, and this one is his favorite.
How logical.

I always enjoy my sessions with Kurt. We have interesting conversations. He's a geology professor so I had to spend a lot of time making sure that the continents were perfect. Turns out, the globe is my favorite part of this tattoo.

My nephew, satan love him, is highly addicted to warcraft. He decided he wanted the crest from the alliances on the game tattooed on him. This is the Horde crest. I'll post the other one when I get a good pic of it.
