jason wanted sort of an abstract rehash of a maori tribal half sleeve,so i freehanded the negative elements and made them the foreground in the finished tattoo.

the before shot for this one was only about a year old. donna came in asking for it to be a bit brighter and girlier.

forgot to get another before shot!!! under this was a little black symbol, just below the bottom flower. based it on a design she brought in, then jazzed it up a bit in the freehand.

had a blast with this, only thing she really wanted was to make sure there were stars in it, other than that she pretty much let me do whatever

Did this on one of my good mates, bit of a joint effort from me and my teacher gary stevenson. Had a blast doing it and she sat like a legend for some big sessions. Must be well 'ard.

danny said he didn't mind what we did, just that he liked skulls and wanted a eureka flag in there, so we played around with trying to make it look like the stars had been etched into this coffin shape. fun stuff!

i did this after hours on my good mate mr.big bird. we'd talked about it for a while before deciding to put it on, i had a great time making big bird look like he belonged in a sort of new style jap sock. excuse the photos, we took them while the tattoo is still healing.

i love doing pin up girls but for some reason, no-one round here seems to get big ones, so faces have to stay fairly basic. wouldnt mind doing some more coloured ones.

dieter was going, initially, for the cherry creek reaper to cover his oldies, but we discussed some custom work and ended up doing a freehand piece, kind of loosely based on it instead.
