The seminar was filmed at two locations, Little Johns Greensboro Tattoo Convention where Brandon was doing a live seminar with Joy Surles about tattooing, color blending, black and grey and promotion was the first film location. The second was the luxurious A.N.T.I. Art Elite studio in Atlanta www.antiartatlanta.com www.antiartelite.com Multiple cameras were brought into this exclusive studio and remained for the duration of a tattoo created by Brandon "up close and personal". There are no distractions while tattooing in complete privacy and focusing on the execution of a full color piece from beginning to end. Three of Mike Vick’s abused pit bulls were sent to the Georgia SPCA (www.georgiaspca.org) after being held as evidence for many long months. Two of the dogs have found their way to Brandon Bond's All or Nothing Pit Bull Rescue for rehabilitation. Many thanks to the Georgia SPCA! The All or Nothing Rescue site (www.atlantapitbullrescue.com) is now live, overflowing with news reports, videos, updated pics of the Vick dogs, and the press conference held at All or Nothing Tattoo. This was the first piece of many that our newest resident artist Jace Masula and our "fearless leader" Brandon Bond are working on together. The original imagery was created in 3 dimensions, digitally, so it is also their original artwork, then translated into tattooing. Jace and Brandon have tattooing styles that compliment each other extremely well, so keep an eye out for an entire series of works from these two artists together. the background images are opium poppies. his piece was done on a new client who flew in from Afghanistan. We tattoo a lot of soldiers at All or Nothing and at A.N.T.I. Art Elite that come straight to us from combat. It is always an honor to tattoo our armed forces, and hear about whats really happening over there. He is about to be deployed to Iraq so we will not be able to continue the piece down into his two sleeves until he is allowed to return to the States again. We tattooed for two days in a row, long hours, into the early morning in order to get him finished up and ready to depart for his tour. The jackolantern in the center was fun to do and went really quick after the clowns were finished. Sorry for the bad picture, it's impossible to get a good picture of a fresh piece after a couple days of heavy tattooing. And since we wont see him for a healed picture for a year or so, we figured we would share it with y'all now. This client loves scary clowns and Halloween is his favorite holiday. Because of his service to our country, he has been forced to miss the last 4 Halloweens, and will most likely be deployed for this years Halloween as well. Boo! Come back safe! Thank you for your service to our country.

This is a full sleeve completed in two flights from NY to Atlanta based entirely on the film "The Devils Rejects". The imagery was meticulously considered and selected from the actual frames of the film. This is one of my favorite movies of all time, and the piece tells the story. The Bullet Holes cutting through the background came from the opening scene as the police enter the tear gas saturated Firefly home. The first piece we did was the Groucho Marx portrait, as the entire story and character names are derived from his past works.

This piece was really a lot of fun to do! Again it is more stylized than a technical "color portrait" to make the image more exciting and interesting. The gag in her mouth was colored with the same pigments used in TINY to create rhythm and cohesion throughout the piece. Extra blood was added, and she has been placed specifically to look up at the clients eyes. I reviewed thousands of frames individually to select the right pose for this concept.

This is the inside of the arm. The Hostage is looking up at the clients face when he lifts his arm out as if to beg for release. This character is depicted twice in the sleeve (also at the bottom wearing her husbands skinned off face meat) because she was abused more than any of the hostages, and dies an absolutely horrible death shortly after THIS SCENE. She really gets the royal treatment from the Firefly clan. She is attacked and abused by all three central characters, she is humiliated repeatedly, and her expression in this image reveals the horror of what her attackers are bringing into her life and death. In her first scene with Otis, she is nude in the shower, and immediately snatched out by her hair, and the relationship between her, Otis, Baby, and Capt Spaulding deteriorates rapidly from there.

At the wrist, Otis is wearing his body armor inverted cross helmet, representing the massive exchange of ammunition between the police and the family. The bullet holes throughout the piece would not have made any since without visually representing that scene (which is one of my favorites of all time). Above this is an old torn photograph covered in blood splatter of Groucho Marx. The character names are from Groucho's movies. Ironically when my client flew in and was picked up by our shuttle at the airport he was taken to his hotel where "Animal Crackers" was playing on his TV. Groucho plays a character named "Captain Spaulding" in the film. The third image from the lower half is a woman wearing the skin of her husbands face shortly before her death.

Atlanta Animal Rescue Friends (AARF) and All or Nothing Tattoo celebrate amazing rescued pets with its 2008 calendar. With all the attention focused this year on the crime of dog fighting, more light could be shed on the faces of its victims. AARF is putting two of those adorable faces in the spotlight with the release of its 2008 Rescue Tails Calendar. Pit bulls Cain and Medusa, who were rescued by Atlanta tattoo artist Brandon Bond, are featured on the cover of the calendar.
Cain, a 14-year-old rescued fighting dog, and Medusa, a 5-year-old deaf, abused and badly scarred pit bull, were given a second chance at a happy life and have grown into two of the sweetest and most loving pets in the world. Brandon, an avid animal rescuer and supporter of animal welfare groups like AARF, will be selling autographed calendars through his online store, www.strangleholdmerch.com, with all proceeds benefiting AARF, throughout the holiday season this year.
Brandon has fostered homeless animals for 12 years and has helped save and place in loving homes more than 200 animals by spreading the word about their plight through his loyal fan base. His primary focus is working with rescued and abused pit bulls, four of which permanently reside in his home.
AARF is planning a Calendar Release Party to celebrate Cain, Medusa, and all the other fantastic rescued pets featured in the 2008 calendar. Kevin Bond of Superjoint Ritual gets tattooed by acclaimed artist Brandon Bond. (Success must be herditary.)

4 years ago, Tattoo Savage Magazine did an issue that featured both SuperJoint Ritual (starring Phil Anselmo of Pantera, Down, etc. and Hank Williams III, and Kevin Bond) and Brandon Bond (two time "Tattoo Artist of the Year and owner of the ALL OR NOTHING empire) in two separate articles of the same issue. Kevin Bond and Brandon Bond began corresponding via the Internet at that point and quickly became friends, discovering that they are distantly related artists. Both of these artists have created HUGE names for themselves in their respective industries, and are extremely interested in music, partying, touring, big piles of money, and tattoos. It must be hereditary, and so must be the "success" gene they inherited.
Kevin Bond has his own line of custom Jackson guitars, "The Kevin Bond Signature Series" can be viewed at http://www.jacksonguitars.c... His guitar playing is incredible, his stage presence powerful, and his resume is flawless. The do not just give every musician a signature guitar right? Kevin Bond has played in front of millions of screaming fans and toured with the most serious metal the world has to offer.

Yesterday the tattoo community suffered a terrible loss. I have flown our new shop manager Daron back home to NC as one of our mutual friends passed away today.
Little John Bury from Little Johns Tattoo and the Noth Carolina conventions, who is seen in both of our stranglehold movies and has pictures in many galleries on our website site. Died.
Really no easy way to type that and make it sound any better than it is. I apologise for my directness, but thats how I am, and more importantly, thats how John was.
My love and full support go out to his family of artists, his kids, his new grandkid, and his parents, all of whom I have had the honor of meeting on several occasions.
He was an extremely young man. Literally. Dont let the word grankid fool you.
It is a gift for me to be able to say I had the pleasure of knowing John, he was very influential to me as a young artist, he gave me a booth at his show when no one else would yet, he always encouraged me when he saw my sucesses in this journey, he always called me when an article of mine came out, he always encouraged me, and he knew how to party like no other. He and I shared many interests, pit bulls, tattoo shops, women, and other various interests as well. He was a hustler, a workaholic, an incredible artist, and an inspiration to an army of people.
I have learned a lot from his life, and also from his death.
Our Next Film, See you in Hell 2 will will be dedicated to his memory and our time together. Apropraitely we had already named the title of our next documentary "BURNING BOTH ENDS" and no one knew how to do that better than John.
He will be missed by many.

Brandon Bond is one of the most interviewed tattoo artists on the planet. Tattoo artist interviews are usually based on a "paint by numbers" list of uninteresting questions. "What are your influences?" "How long have you been tattooing?" and other retarted inquiries flodded his first 60 articles or so.

A) The flow on the body and the ability to determine what the image is from afar is key. I work with a body part and go crazy with it.
Q) If you could tattoo anyone in the world (living or dead), who would it be and what would you tattoo on them?
A) I would tattoo a picture of Tupac on Jesus Christ. With an AK under it that says M.O.B. (money over b*tches) - or I would tattoo satan, with "la vida loca"
Q) do you ever sleep?
A) Yes but Not nearly enough, even my staff has no idea what goes on at the office everyday, theres no way they could - webguys see the webstuff, artists see the clients, stranglehold folks see the stranglehold orders, printers see the printing, the graphics dept sees the graphics, but I am the only person that sees ALL of it. Im not complaining a bit - thats the job I signed on for when I created this chaotic circus. Haters can say whatever they want, but no one has EVER called me lazy.
Q) What is up with your obsession with guns?
A) I get a lot of sh*t for the whole interest in guns from some folks, heres the deal: I was born into a wonderful family, I was taught that the protection of that family is my job as a loving participant. I was taught to shoot guns before I even knew what a cuss word was. I was taught safety, respect, and regard for human life, I was taught that a gun is as safe as its owner, and I am extremely careful with my firearms.
I love shooting, my father loves shooting, my wife loves it and a LOT of our staff and clients love it. I have very little free time, and what free time I have I like to spend with close friends and quality firearms, its a hobby, like quilting. It has NOTHING whatsoever to do with my job, or the 4 buisnesses I own.
I have been trained in tactical shooting, entry, sub-gun, long-gun, shotgun and hand-gun courses by our local SWAT team, as well as shot piles of law enforcement guns at law enforcement targets with the guidance of law enforcement officers. I have had extensive military training with a Lt Colonel involved in special forces focusing on disarming people and using their weapons against them, and Dave Tedder and I have been training off and on for over a year with a DEA firearms teacher (with an incredibly STRICT ciriculum. Its what we love to do, thats all.
Q) How did you get to be as good as you are and who was your teacher?
A) I had many teachers - in the since that I looked at tattoo magazines and lived in tattoo shops - but no one ever really sat me down and showed me much of anything after my "apprenticeship". I started tattooing at a small shop in FT Walton Beach FL that is still there called "TATTOO ZOO".
I think that I achieved the level of sucess that I have based on hard work - tattooing constantly, never giving in, focusing on nothing else, for over a decade. Perseverance, constant and throbbing. I tried everything, every machine I could, every ink, and when I was asleep I was still dreaming about tattooing.
I focused on it so much that I started to "resent" tattooing believe it or not. The buisness side of our empire is constantly attempting to take me out of tattooing, and have me focus all my energy on paperwork, advertisement, websites, etc.
It became second nature while simultaneously consistently reminding me of the life I was missing around me. I did nothing but tattoo related activities for year after year, worked seven days a week, moved city to city based solely on trying to be closer to better artists. I worked in 50 shops! If i didnt figure out how to do a decent tattoo after all that I figured I'd just go back to being a musician.
Q) Who was Brandon Bond before he was the tattoo artist?
A) I was a musician, I played guitar, keyboards, pianos, drums, bass, anything that made noise - tattooing was an easier way to make money so honestly it was my 2nd choice and I have always regretted that decision in a way.
Q) When you started All or Nothing Tattoo it was just you and a couple of other artists, today you have 11 tattooartists and a piercer, why you think all this grew so fast?
A) Actually we have a staff of over 70 people including webguys, graphics guys etc... it grew as fast as it did because we ar

Three of Mike Vick’s abused pit bulls were sent to the Georgia SPCA (www.georgiaspca.org) after being held as evidence for many long months. Two of the dogs have found their way to Brandon Bond's All or Nothing Pit Bull Rescue for rehabilitation. Many thanks to the Georgia SPCA! ... the newly named Makaveli, 7, and Chucky went to kindergarten at a two-week intensive training program here in Atlanta. Video and photos of their training will be available immediately following their graduation. These dogs are extremely "high-profile" and the exact location and program they are enrolled in has to be kept secret for the dogs’ protection until after they complete the training.

Atlanta Animal Rescue Friends (AARF) and All or Nothing Tattoo celebrate amazing rescued pets with its 2008 calendar. With all the attention focused this year on the crime of dog fighting, more light could be shed on the faces of its victims. AARF is putting two of those adorable faces in the spotlight with the release of its 2008 Rescue Tails Calendar. Pit bulls Cain and Medusa, who were rescued by Atlanta tattoo artist Brandon Bond, are featured on the cover of the calendar.
Cain, a 14-year-old rescued fighting dog, and Medusa, a 5-year-old deaf, abused and badly scarred pit bull, were given a second chance at a happy life and have grown into two of the sweetest and most loving pets in the world. Brandon, an avid animal rescuer and supporter of animal welfare groups like AARF, will be selling autographed calendars through his online store, www.strangleholdmerch.com, with all proceeds benefiting AARF, throughout the holiday season this year.
Brandon has fostered homeless animals for 12 years and has helped save and place in loving homes more than 200 animals by spreading the word about their plight through his loyal fan base. His primary focus is working with rescued and abused pit bulls, four of which permanently reside in his home.
AARF is planning a Calendar Release Party to celebrate Cain, Medusa, and all the other fantastic rescued pets featured in the 2008 calendar. The party will be held Tuesday, Nov. 13 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at WAG-A-LOT Midtown West at 1456 Northside Drive in Atlanta (www.wagalot.com ). Well-behaved leashed pets are invited. The top of the sleeve, the beginning of the film. As the sheriffs dept pulls up to the Firefly home in the first scene, OTIS is shown "spooning" with a hot, naked, dead, woman. This is one of the best silent images of the entire film, it is extremely representative of OTIS and his character development. This is her face as taken directly from the frame. I did not want this piece to be a series of color portraits, so the reproduction is embellished and stylized. She is the only dead body represented from the film, however this is not the most intense depiction of the tattoo work.

Three of Mike Vick’s abused pit bulls were sent to the Georgia SPCA (www.georgiaspca.org) after being held as evidence for many long months. Two of the dogs have found their way to Brandon Bond's All or Nothing Pit Bull Rescue for rehabilitation. Many thanks to the Georgia SPCA! The All or Nothing Rescue site (www.atlantapitbullrescue.com) is now live, overflowing with news reports, videos, updated pics of the Vick dogs, and the press conference held at All or Nothing Tattoo. ... the newly named Makaveli, 7, and Chucky went to kindergarten at a two-week intensive training program here in Atlanta. Video and photos of their training will be available immediately following their graduation. These dogs are extremely "high-profile" and the exact location and program they are enrolled in has to be kept secret for the dogs’ protection until after they complete the training.

This actor died after the filming of The Devils Rejects, and Rob Zombie and crew dedicated the film to him. His character also saves Sherrie Moon Zombie's character from torture and death, thereby saving the whole clan. He was placed in a prominent position based on these facts. His eyes are sad, and when the client bends his elbow, Tiny SMILES, when its straight, he looks somber. It gives the sleeve some life and expression.

The ingrediants to this tattoo: 1 inflatable sheep 1 nude model 1 photographer from PRICK magazine (Max Brand) 1 gallon of fake blood 1 tattooer named Sean Herman 1, 6 hour drive and a miracle. This tattoo was a process that involved the entire staff as Brandon Had already left to go to Tampa while the photos were being taken. This is the first piece of a leg sleeve involving the horrible birth of the antichrist and the woman who slit her wrists to avoid participating. This client is awesome.
