Uncle Sam's Here Today, Gone Tomorrow ( Cover-ups and Rework )

I'm going to try and show how a cover-up or re-work is planned out and then designed to fit the old piece. By no means am I trying to come off as a expert in doing this, I'm just showing what works best for me!!!

As for me, Well, I've been tattooing up and down the East Coast for just about most of the last 8yrs., Tattooing for 9, And enjoying every minute of it!!!
